Follow these steps to configure your new SAKSHAM PLC in CODESYS:
- Launch CODESYS.
- Go to File → New Project.
- Select Standard Project and click OK. You can also install our package which provides a predefined project structure. Tutorial: tpw-saksham – YouTube
- In the Device, add CODESYS Virtual Control for LINUX ARM SL.
- Add Ethernet, then inside Ethernet, add a Modbus Client and Modbus Server.
- Select the correct target controller (e.g., SAKSHAM Control Win V3, SAKSHAM PLC RT, etc.).
- Choose your programming language (Structured Text or CFC).
- Click OK to create the project.
SAKSHAM PLCs are compatible with the following versions of CODESYS:
- CODESYS SP 3.19
- CODESYS SP 3.20
- CODESYS SP 3.21

Each SAKSHAM PLC is shipped with a predefined IP address. You can directly ping or add the PLC in CODESYS without additional setup.
Open the Library Manager in the SAKSHAM software.
- Navigate to the SAKSHAM_AL library.
- Choose either the Advanced or Basic block.
- Drag and drop the required PID or any other block.
To use the SAKSHAM Library in your CODESYS project, you must have a valid license.
- Ensure you have an active SAKSHAM library license.
- Import the library into your project using the CODESYS Library Manager.
